These Terms & Conditions apply to all uses of the Visit platform, its website, mobile application, and any other online services offered by Visit.

3. Registration and Account

  1. Creating an Account: To access certain features, you must register and provide (at least) your wallet address.
  2. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up to date.
  3. Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and wallet secure.

4. Use of the Platform

  1. Lawful Use: You declare that you will not use the platform for unlawful activities such as fraud, money laundering, or other forms of financial crime.
  2. Establishments’ Obligations: Establishments are solely responsible for fulfilling the rewards they offer and for providing accurate information about their offers.
  3. Communication: If you choose to communicate with Establishments through Visit, you acknowledge that Visit acts only as a conduit and is not responsible for the content of such communications.

5. Financial Rewards and Loyalty

  1. Content of Rewards: The content and value of rewards are determined by the Establishments. Visit is not responsible for the actual provision of rewards by Establishments.
  2. Payouts: Where a payout mechanism is available (e.g., conversion to fiat or other cryptocurrencies), the terms of the relevant payment provider apply.

6. Fees and Charges

  1. Users: The use of Visit is generally free of charge for users, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Establishments: Establishments may pay a (monthly) fee or transaction costs to participate in the Visit network or to access additional services.

7. Liability

  1. Service “As Is”: The Visit platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or reliability.
  2. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profits damages, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. Third-Party Services: Visit may integrate with or reference third-party services. We are not liable for any damages arising from or related to such external services or their content.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, software, and content (except user-generated or Establishment-provided content) belong to Visit or its licensors.
  2. License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Visit for personal and non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise permitted).

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes become effective once the updated terms are published on our website or within the app. We will notify you of any material changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Visit is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
